As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, with SMSTS certification and a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification, I understand both the design process and the realities of delivering work safely on site. This allows potential issues to be identified early, responsibilities to be clearly coordinated and clients to make informed decisions as their project progresses.
SMSTS and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications support informed project oversight but do not replace the contractor’s statutory health and safety or temporary works responsibilities.
